Terms

Shipping time: in-stock, non-custom orders are ready to ship in 3-5 days. Custom order time varies from project to project, average time is between 3-8 weeks.

International customers: please be aware of your country's taxes and duties as these are not included in the shipping price and you are responsible for them.

Returns: all orders must be shipped back within 10 days of receipt. Please send an email to colleen@colleenfloodjewelry.com before sending your return. Refunds will be issued after the piece has been received and inspected. There is no refund for shipping costs. Please package your return as it was shipped to you, in it’s original box, and in a shipping box (not a bag mailer); damage during return shipping could effect the amount refunded. All items must be in unworn and in new condition. Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. 

Repairs: Colleen Flood Jewelry strives to make work that lasts a lifetime however stones can chip if mishandled or worn in the wrong situations. Items that are more delicate are noted in the description. Some places and things to avoid while wearing your jewelry: contact sports, rock climbing, gardening, pools, oceans, showers. Please email colleen@colleenfloodjewelry.com if you are in need of a repair. 

Photography: Colleen Flood Jewelry makes every attempt to photograph stones and metal as accurately as possible due to variations in monitors and natural stones colors and patterns may appear slightly different.

Colleen Flood Jewelry will not share, sell or trade any of your information. Payments are processed through Stripe which is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. Colleen Flood Jewelry does not receive or retain your credit card information.
