Have you ever been to a ‘mine your own gemstone’ place? I haven’t yet but may reconsider after seeing this stone. My sweet client’s kiddos pulled this aqua out of the ground as a rough stone (wish I had a photo of that!). Can you imagine what a fun day that must have been? They had the stone cut into the gem you see here. It sat in a box for a bit since it was just a loose stone, so sad! Happily we came up with this simple rose gold ring to really set off the aquamarine, it kinda looks like its floating.
